The Annual General Meeting (AGM) brings together all residents to review the past year’s achievements, challenges, and financial standing, as outlined in the Chair’s and Treasurer’s reports. It provides a platform to scrutinise the current committee and elect new members, ensuring fresh leadership and community representation.
Additionally, a new constitution will need to be adopted. To validate decisions, a quorum is required: 13 residents from Banister House, representing their 379 homes, and 6 from Priory Court, representing their 48 homes. Residents are encouraged to participate actively, share their insights, and help shape the estate’s future by approving proposals for the upcoming year.
